South County will serve at the New Vision Village. New Vision Village is a new endeavor to provide housing and job training for young people recently aged out of the foster care system.
Much of the population lives in poverty in this area and deals with challenges like children being separated from their parents due to drug abuse and other serious family issues. Our team will have the opportunity to collaborate with the leadership in Philippi to make a difference in these young peoples’ lives, and their families.
We will be doing minor construction work such as installation of drywall,
insulation, flooring, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, painting.
