Students meet every second and fourth Sunday after praise and worship.  At this pivotal point in their faith they will tackle a different faith question head on each week they meet.

When We Pray | South County Prayer and Worship Night

When We Pray is a night dedicated to seeking God through passionate worship and intentional prayer. Rooted in Scripture, this gathering will dive deep into the power of prayer as Jesus taught in Matthew 6, exploring how it strengthens our faith and aligns our hearts with God’s will.

Whether you’re new to prayer or seeking a deeper connection with God, When We Pray is a space to surrender, refocus, and experience His presence like never before. Come as you are, and let’s seek Him together!

Fine Arts is where Assemblies of God churches come together to showcase their gifts and talents. This is a great way to discover and develop your gifting also while being inspired to use your talents for the Lord’s glory.

2025 National Fine Arts Festival Rule Book

All Writings (except Children’s Literature) must be submitted via e-mail to: info@potomacyouth.com by February 13th, 2025 @ 4:00PM. (These categories are evaluated pre-festival) No paper entries of Writings will be accepted. (Entries need to be .PDF)

Children’s Literature must be turned in at registration on Friday night between 5:30pm-8:00pm, April 25th, 2025. *We cannot accept any submissions after 8:00pm Friday night.

Short Films and Promo Videos must upload entries to: https://youthalive.wetransfer.com.  Potomac Youth will not accept any other form of submission. All entries must be uploaded by February 13th @ 4:00pm.  (Zip PDF & Video file together – then upload)

(Once Late Registration closes we will send the FINAL CONFIRMATION to the EMAIL ADDRESS that your church registered for your FA COORDINATOR. If your church FA Coordinator does not receive the confirmation e-mail, contact us at info@potomacyouth.com.)

Leave park at closing 8pm to return home around 11pm

Don't forget to bring money for food.  

Make sure you have enough money to grab dinner on the way back.

Cost: $300 Per Player (you can pay here under STL)

Schedule: 7am Registration, 8am Golf Begins, 1pm Lunch

Location: TBD

Each team will consist of 4 golfers. Money raised will be going to STL. STL provides missionaries around the world with copiers, sound systems and vehicles. This is more than just a project that provides equipment for missionaries, but a vital part in assisting the missionary in leading people to Christ.

Pine Creek Camp, Gore, VA

Cost is $300 per student

For students going into 7th grade in the fall of 2026

up to seniors graduating in 2026.

Camp Registration Form, PYN Waiver & SCC Permission Slip and $100 deposit is due January 11 .

Final payment of $200 is due June 5.
