After being in the Army for 5 years Andy attended and graduated from Northwest College in Washington State. While in the Army he met Cindy and they were married in 1995. They have three children Cassidy, Drew and Timothy. In 2005 God placed it on their hearts to plant a church in Lorton. South County was started in 2008.

Cindy grew up in Northern Virginia. She graduated from John R Lewis High School in Springfield and shortly after started a job with the government. She and Andy met in 1994 and they were married in 1995. She has worked in the church since she was old enough to help out in nursery and preschool and started working in church ministry full time in 2000.

Joe was born in the Philippines and moved to the DMV in the 90s. He is a Howard University graduate and has been working in ministry since 2005. He met Kati in 2006 while working at Little Lights Urban Ministries and they have lived all over the country from Southern California, to Connecticut and Massachusetts. They have one child, Juan, and have been back in the DC area since fall of 2021. Joe loves reading, watching tv, and playing and collecting video games.

Xavier grew up in New Jersey and is a graduate of Ground Zero School of Discipleship. Fun facts: He is a twin and loves the Seahawks. He has a passion for seeing students and young adults grow in the Lord and worship.

She is committed to fostering an environment where children can grow in faith, love for God, and creativity. A true believer in the transformative power of Jesus' teachings, Irene brings a contagious enthusiasm for sharing the gospel with our little ones. With a background in education and a deep understanding of child development, creating engaging and enriching programs that instill biblical values, making learning about Jesus an exciting adventure. South County Kids is an atmosphere where children can not only understand the teachings of Christ but also feel His love in every aspect of their lives.
